RCA released 200 copies of LSS-2384 first, then the rest were LDS-2384 versions. The images above are for the LSS-2384 version. The only difference between the LSS and LDS versions was the booklet. For LSS, it was printed by Skira in Switzerland and was a first edition limited to 200 copies. For LDS, it was printed in the U.S. and was not a limited edition.
