The label typesetting shown here indicated a printing job by Co-Service Printing of Newark, NJ, which in turn indicates a Rockaway, NJ pressing (with a stamped ‘R’ within the deadwax), from the first year of the stereo LP issue being in the catalogue in 1958 (Co-Service’s printing relationship with RCA ended around February 1959, and future “shaded-dog” pressings from Rockaway used label typesetting from film prepared in Indianapolis).
